Ensuring Connectivity
Working Hours: Confirm the working hours to ensure someone will be available to answer your call. Note any holidays or special closure days. Secondary Contact Methods: Look for other ways to contact the business, like email or social media, if the main phone number doesn’t work.
Defending Your Personal Information
Avoid Sharing Sensitive Information: Never give out your social security number, credit card details, or passwords. Verify the Representative: Ensure that the person you are speaking with is a legitimate representative of the business. Ask for their name and position and verify it on the official website.
